Approval procedure according to BImSchG

A large number of legal approval requirements must be met for the new approval or modifica-tion of industrial and commercial facilities that are subject to the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG).
In addition to immission control aspects such as noise protection, immission forecasts for air pollutants and odours, drainage, initial status report, fire protection and extinguishing water retention, water protection, environmental impact assessment, planning law requirements and building law must also be observed.
Good permit management is an important prerequisite for obtaining the required permit in accordance with BImSchG.
